Nourishing bone broth soup

Ingredients:

  • 1l Nutrithrive Bone Broth

  • 1 carrot, chopped

  • 1 celery stalk, chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp Himalayan rock salt

  • 1 tbsp OMGhee or raw butter

  • Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)

Instructions:

  1. Add ghee/butter to a pan and sauté the onions and garlic.

  2. Add carrots and celery, then cook for a few minutes.

  3. Pour in the bone broth, turmeric and salt.

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
