
Nourishing bone broth soup

Ingredients:

1l Nutrithrive Bone Broth
-
1 carrot, chopped
-
1 celery stalk, chopped
-
1 onion, diced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp turmeric powder
-
½ tsp Himalayan rock salt

1 tbsp OMGhee or raw butter
-
Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)
Instructions:

Add ghee/butter to a pan and sauté the onions and garlic.

Add carrots and celery, then cook for a few minutes.

Pour in the bone broth, turmeric and salt.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
